Selling a Trailer in the Park

Non-Waterfront Site: In-Season Sale

  1. The first thing to do is to inform the office that your trailer is for sale. The owner of a trailer must pay the $1000.00 selling fee at the time he/she decides to put their trailer up for sale. If at any time the owner of the trailer decides against selling their trailer, they will get back the $1000.00. If for whatever reason this selling fee is not paid and the trailer is sold, the trailer will be moved off the site.

  2. When a purchaser is found, the owners of the trailer must have the purchaser(s) fill in a park “Authorization Form” and submit this form to the office BEFORE the sale of the trailer. To obtain the form please Click Here.

  3. Make sure the purchaser(s) of the trailer have visited the park website and read the park rules.

  4. Advise the office of when the incoming campers will join the park.
